Response timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and provide a full response within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 12(3). Complex requests may be extended to 90 days with notice.

Supervisory authority

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. Find your authority at edpb.europa.eu.
